CleanCut Technologies Employment Application 2018

Quality Control Inspectors (1 position day shift, 1 second shift)

1st Shift (5AM to 1:30 PM) M-F
2nd Shift (12:30 to 11 PM) M-TH (4-10 Work Shift)

Essential Job Duties:

  • Performing daily QC activities accordingly to Company’s Quality System.
  • Adhering to Production and Inspection Schedules and meeting customer ship dates.
  • Ensuring materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes.
  • Ensuring requests for corrective and preventive action are understood and implemented as required.
  • Ensuring equipment and operators are producing conforming product to internal and external quality standards, as well as product specifications.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance and controlled environment cleaning activities are performed per procedure.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Verify any instruments or equipment used is calibrated or meets procedural requirements prior to use.
  • Perform quality control operations according to released Quality Instructions and customer specification requirements.
  • Provide constructive input/suggestions to the daily functions at CCT.
  • Assist with miscellaneous requests as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Able to read, write and comprehend English fluently to communicate and understand engineering specs and notes.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with basic inspection equipment. (i.e. calipers, micrometers, rulers, pin gauges, etc.)
  • At least 2 years’ good working knowledge and familiarity reading and understanding drawings, spec sheets, blueprints.
  • Good comprehension of dimensional tolerancing.
  • At least two years’ experience in the role of QC inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or aerospace industries. (but not required)
  • Familiar with sampling plans. (i.e. C=0, ANSI, ASQ, etc.)
  • Experience with data collection software is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with medical device quality control (QC) is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. legally without sponsorship.
  • Must have general computer skills:

    • Experience with MRP/ERP programs/ systems.
    • Useful Experience in MS Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Maintain good recordkeeping and confidentiality of operations, materials, equipment and designs associated with the Company and its customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum HS Diploma. QC certification a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, use both hands, lift up to 40lbs without assistance.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a Clean Room environment and wear Clean Room attire as well as exposure to noise.

Facilities/Production Maintenance Technician

CleanCut Technologies is currently seeking a candidate to join our Project Coordination team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Facilities/Production Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields: carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc. Repair and maintain production equipment including installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.

Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Possess and utilize skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic, repairs of production equipment.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Perform facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, carpentry functions and other general maintenance.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

The successful candidate:

  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
  • Proven experience as maintenance technician.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing/facilities maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience, air compressors and HVAC.
  • Must be able to work in an expeditious manner and meet production and inspection schedules.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity. Ability to operate hand tools (manual/power).
  • Must be able to work in a controlled environment.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, repair and document all activities in a manner according to the company quality system.
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, which requires:

    • Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout shift.
    • Frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
    • Vision specific abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Billing and AR Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing Representative. This job function includes working closely with the Customers, Outside Vendors, Purchasing, and Shipping and Receiving.

Job Duties:

  • Enter invoices into accounting system and ensure that proper approvals are in place (PO, other)
  • Responsible for processing weekly check runs and payments within vendor terms and with applicable discounts.
  • Communicate with Vendors.
  • Learn company chart of accounts and coding.
  • Maintain recurring vendor payments check list to ensure payment of all applicable company expenses.
  • Customer invoicing: Collect information, check and approve all source data, send customers accurate invoices on the day of shipping.
  • Jobboss experience a plus.
