PRODUCTION OPERATOR/ASSEMBLY

We are continually seeking energetic and motivated production team-member for a multi-faceted role with our company.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Comply with Quality System as defined in the Training Plan.
  • Adhering to Production Schedules and meeting customer ship dates.
  • Ensure materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported in order to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes.
  • Ensure requests for corrective and preventive action are understood and implemented as required.
  • Ensure equipment to be used is in suitable, safe operating condition and capable of producing conforming product.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities per procedure.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Verify any instruments or equipment used is calibrated or meets procedural requirements prior to use.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding operations, materials, equipment and designs associated with company and customers.
  • Perform manufacturing operations according to released Manufacturing Instructions (MI’s).
  • Provide constructive input/suggestions to the daily functions at company.
  • Assist with miscellaneous requests as required.

  • Experience working in a production/manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to operate production equipment with training.

PACKAGING DESIGNER

We are continually seeking energetic and motivated production team-member for a multi-faceted role with our company.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer Design Input requirements are properly defined, reviewed, approved and controlled according to established SOP’s.
  • To conceptualize and create designs and convert into a CAD design. This is done in Prototype, Development and Production levels according to company established SOP’s.
  • Ensure all First Article approvals are submitted, approved and controlled per established SOP’s.
  • Ensure the design schedule is followed, on a daily basis, in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize sense of urgency in meeting all design schedules.
  • Interact with management, customers and sales personnel on design issues and scheduling requirements.
  • Comply with all established company and client SOP’s.
  • Attend design and project related meetings to ensure deliverables are documented and met.
  • Assist in maintaining the Design database.

The successful candidate:

  • Prefer 4-year degree in packaging design, architecture or other technical fields.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, with previous manufacturing and process support
    experience in the medical device industry desired.
  • A knowledge base of plastics and other materials would also be beneficial.
  • Required to document all design activities on controlled engineering drawings according to SOP’s and industry
    standards.
  • Must have creative design talent including layout and experience in 2D/3D Designs.
  • Must be able to read technical drawings and understand dimensions & geometry.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of plant personnel and management and present self in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced
    environment and able to meet defined schedules and deadlines.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity. Ability to operate hand tools such as calipers,
    micrometers and equipment machinery is required.
  • Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company designs.
  • Must present self in a professional manner and maintain a positive attitude towards others.
  • Must be able to work in a controlled environment.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

We are continually seeking energetic and motivated production team-member for a multi-faceted role with our company.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the very core of our production system. The CSR is the link between sales, engineering, warehouse and the client, when dealing with production activity. The CSR is responsible for confirming orders, matching designs and any REV’s to orders, ordering raw product inventory, and communication with production. The CSR advises all departments on issues relating to orders and communicates directly with clients regarding needs, purchase orders, final approvals, delivery schedules and more.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Document Change Control and Record Retention activities associated with Quality System procedure.
  • Contract Review activities per written procedures.
  • Knowledge and handling of First Article Inspection Procedures. Knowledge of Technical Documents and control
    is a +
  • Review of submitted drawings and making sure they are current to the proper revision.
  • Filing and processing detailed customer orders, including revision to designs, etc.
  • Issuance of work orders, scheduling production, management of Production Folders.
  • Submission of purchase orders for raw stock and production required materials.
  • Coordination of Shipping and Receiving activities per client requests and company procedure(s).
  • Processing of change control documents and liaise with client, engineering and sales.
  • Handling and processing Customer Complaints, requests for Returned Goods Authorizations, order status for
    customers and sales personnel.
  • Support Marketing and Sales activities.
  • General office duties as requested and must be able to work independently.
  • Faxing to and from suppliers and customers.

The successful candidate:

  • 2 years of experience in the specific job duties listed above.
  • 2-years of the following:
    • Office Administration.
    • Data Entry.
    • Account Management (Non-Sales).
    • Production based (non-sales) Customer Service.
  • Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet browsing.
  • Excellent communication skills, an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast
    paced environment.
