SALES SUPPORT / PROJECT COST ESTIMATOR

The Sales Support / Project Cost Estimator is responsible for supporting the sales team at CCT and reports to the Sales Director. This position is responsible for preparing cost estimates for all new projects quoted to a customer. Showing high levels of technical capability and sound judgement, the Sales Support/Estimator must be detail oriented; have a mechanical aptitude; possess excellent interpersonal communication skills; superb organizational and time management skills. This position requires the ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Refer to designs, specifications, previous estimates, contracts, and engineering drawings to accurately determine the material and labor cost estimates.
  • Comprehension of LHR (Lot History Record)/Traveler routing requirements.
  • Prepare inquiries to material supplies to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate and closely communicate with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, engineering and project management.
  • Work with customers and internal staff to resolve material and design conflicts.
  • Deliver completed cost estimates with estimated manufacture lead times.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Evaluate completed projects as benchmarks for future estimates. Work to narrow the difference between budget estimates and actual costs over time.
  • Maintains timely and relevant data to establish accurate job costing data.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry. Medical Device or Healthcare industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

CleanCut Technologies, LLC, located in Anaheim, CA, is a leading manufacturer of advanced packaging products and services for the medical device industry. We are seeking an energetic and motivated team-member for a multi-faceted role within our company. Our Account Managers are competitive, talented professionals who develop sales strategies, manage projects and attract new clients. The right individual for this position would build strong relationships with current customers, successfully manage multiple projects, source new sales opportunities, and close sales to achieve quota.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain current client relationships while seeking new clients.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plan and schedule activities to engage customers and present to potential clients.
  • Consistent, timely follow-up on leads and referrals from daily sales activity.
  • Achieve annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Work with multiple departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Design, Production, and Quality Assurance.
  • Manage data for current and prospective clients in Synergy CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Keep management informed by communicating activity and results via weekly sales meetings, and monthly and annual territory business plan.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to assess changes in customer needs.
  • Assist the Marketing department with campaigns by generating customer lists and performing follow-up activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with minimum supervision.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with cold calling; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.
  • Excellent phone sales skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage projects, respond to customer requests, meet deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Access).

Travel

  • Typical office environment and on-site plant work.
  • 20% travel.

PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an energetic and motivated team-member for a multi-faceted role within our company.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Comply with CCT’s Quality System as defined in the Training Plan.
  • Working under the direction of the Production Manager, and the Production Scheduler – maintain daily manufacturing activities, supervising and training Production staff accordingly.
  • Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
  • Ensure materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported in order to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes at all stages of production.
  • Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Production Manager.
  • Ensure equipment to be used is in suitable, safe operating condition and capable of producing conforming product.
  • Verify preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities are assigned and performed, as appropriate.
  • Perform accident investigations.
  • Supervise department priorities.
  • Track absenteeism and timekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate:

    • Minimum of a 2-year degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED accepted with 5+ years of production experience.
    • 2+ years in manufacturing operations and supervision.
    • Must be able to work in an expeditious manner and meet the overall production needs of the facility on a daily basis.
    • Must be able to work in a controlled / regulated environment.
    • High regard for attendance and accomplishing set performance goals.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, which requires:
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout shift.
  • Frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

We are seeking energetic and motivated team-member for a multi-faceted role with our company.
Primary Description of job responsibilities:

  • Complying with Quality System as defined in Training Plan.
  • Performing daily QC activities accordingly to Quality System.
  • Adhering to Production and Inspection Schedules and meeting customer ship dates.
  • Ensuring materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported in order to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes.
  • Ensuring requests for corrective and preventive action are understood and implemented as required.
  • Ensuring equipment to be used is in suitable, safe operating condition and capable of producing conforming product.
  • Verifying preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities are completed per procedure.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Verify any instruments or equipment used is calibrated or meets procedural requirements prior to use.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding operations, materials, equipment and designs associated with company and customers.
  • Perform quality control operations according to released Quality Instructions (QI’s).
  • Provide constructive input/suggestions to the daily functions of company.
  • Assist with miscellaneous requests as required.

The successful candidate:

  • 1-2 years Quality Control experience in a production setting.
  • Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with hand tools such as calipers, micrometers and other QC equipment.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
  • Self-starter with problem solving skillset.
  • Capable to work alone and in team setting.
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds periodically throughout shift.
