Customers approached CCT for a solution to the traditional Catheter and Guidewire Dispensers containing mechanical clips. In response, our team designed and filed a patent for a revolutionary concept, the “CCT Clipless Dispenser”.

The CCT Clipless Dispenser utilizes pre-qualified biocompatible HDPE tubing following 100% EtO and Gamma sterilization, and has passed 3 years of accelerated aging.

The coil bond strength is stronger than the parent HDPE materials tensile strength, assuring the coils do not peel apart.

Clipless Dispensers range in size for catheters and guidewires according to customer specifications and product requirements.

Clipless Dispensers can be manufactured in combination with the CCT HDPE Packaging Card and Trays to compliment accessories and product configurations. Packaging cards may be printed with logos or primary labeling.
