Dual Hoop Catheter DISK

CleanCut’s Dual Hoop Catheter DISK represents the most efficient and creative configuration for catheter dispensing systems today. The Dual Hoop Catheter DISK eliminates the need for additional catheter packaging altogether, so packaging waste is reduced by 20-30% and significant cost savings and time are realized by medical device manufacturers.
The DISK is designed to securely retain multiple catheter and/or guidewires, along with procedural accessories, in a convenient “all-in-one” procedural kit for doctors and medical professionals.

Dual Hoop Catheter DISK

CleanCut has revolutionized the packaging of catheters and guidewires with one simple solution – by eliminating the clips. The Dual Hoop Catheter DISK is comprised of two coiled dispenser tubes, which can be manufactured in various lengths to accommodate different size catheters and guidewires, combined with an HDPE backer card. Both are manufactured from biocompatible and recyclable plastic. There is no glue or adhesives used to join the two materials.

Because of the innovative design of the Dual Hoop Catheter DISK, all catheter wires and procedural components are now housed in an all-in-one packaging system without the need to manufacture extra pouches, shelf cartons, or corrugated shipping boxes for each individual component. Packaging waste is reduced by 20-30% and significant cost and time savings are realized by medical device manufacturers.
While medical device manufacturers are impressed with the reduced packaging and cost savings the Dual Hoop Catheter DISK offers, it is surgical teams that have truly recognized the convenience and ease of use of this system.
The Dual Hoop Catheter DISK provides one streamlined packaging delivery system, instead of multiple sterile pouches containing individual components that need to be assembled, to complete the procedure. This alone means less prep time, which may decrease a patient’s time under anesthesia and enhance their safety and recovery.
All products are manufactured in a Class 8 (100,000) Cleanroom then inspected and double polybagged in a Class 7 (10,000) cleanroom.
