MEDICAL DEVICE PACKAGING
Medical device packaging is a very critical element in the successful functionality of the final product. It starts with the primary packaging retention element (our SLIMTek Clipless Dispenser) which may also be joined with the FLEXFit HDPE Pouch Card and then placed into the soon-to-be-sterile pouch. The retention element is designed to hold and protect the device from damage and contamination and protect the pouch from punctures, which ultimately compromises the sterility of the device.

CleanCut Technologies, LLC. (CCT) also designs and manufactures shelf boxes that are complementary to the dispenser or card, which further protects the device from damage and contamination. To complete the system, we design and manufacture the sterilization “Master Pack,” which is designed to facilitate successful sterilization based on our customers’ specifications.

Both the SLIMTek and FLEXFit product lines meet the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive (94/62/EC and 2004/12/EC) for limiting weight and volume as well as green initiatives for utilization of recyclable packaging materials.
