This is exactly what it’s like to work with us. First, we’ll sit down with you to discuss your needs, you’ll show us your device and what your design requirements will be. We take this input which assists our team in creating CAM designs we then share with you. Once we receive your feedback, we’ll either quickly revise the design or rapidly generate prototype samples for your evaluation and concurrence. From there you can order development samples to validate shipping, sterilization and final product realization requirements.

Once we obtain your final approval, production tooling is built, first articles are submitted to you, and production begins. Need a prototype tomorrow? We love a challenge, and we are ready to produce it for you.

Due to our diverse background in the design and manufacture of medical devices, labeling and packaging, CleanCut is able to plan, foresee and mitigate the challenges that may arise with any given project, and still meet our customers’ project schedules and product quality requirements.
