Quality Control Inspectors (1 position day shift, 1 second shift)

1st Shift (5AM to 1:30 PM) M-F

Essential Job Duties:

  • Performing daily QC activities accordingly to Company’s Quality System.
  • Adhering to Production and Inspection Schedules and meeting customer ship dates.
  • Ensuring materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes.
  • Ensuring requests for corrective and preventive action are understood and implemented as required.
  • Ensuring equipment and operators are producing conforming product to internal and external quality standards, as well as product specifications.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance and controlled environment cleaning activities are performed per procedure.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Verify any instruments or equipment used is calibrated or meets procedural requirements prior to use.
  • Perform quality control operations according to released Quality Instructions and customer specification requirements.
  • Provide constructive input/suggestions to the daily functions at CCT.
  • Assist with miscellaneous requests as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Able to read, write and comprehend English fluently to communicate and understand engineering specs and notes.
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
    • Experience with basic inspection equipment. (i.e. calipers, micrometers, rulers, pin gauges, etc.)
    • At least 2 years’ good working knowledge and familiarity reading and understanding drawings, spec sheets, blueprints.
    • Good comprehension of dimensional tolerancing.
    • At least two years’ experience in the role of QC inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or aerospace industries. (but not required)
    • Familiar with sampling plans. (i.e. C=0, ANSI, ASQ, etc.)
    • Experience with data collection software is a plus, but not required.
    • Experience with medical device quality control (QC) is preferred.
    • Must be able to work in the U.S. legally without sponsorship.

Must have general computer skills:

  • Experience with MRP/ERP programs/ systems.
  • Useful Experience in MS Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Maintain good recordkeeping and confidentiality of operations, materials, equipment and designs associated with the Company and its customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum HS Diploma. QC certification a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, use both hands, lift up to 40lbs without assistance.
Working Conditions:

  • Work in a Clean Room environment and wear Clean Room attire as well as exposure to noise.

Sale Support

The Opportunity:
This is a great entry level Sales role that could lead into an Account Manager with CCT. We are seeking an energetic and motivated team-member for a multi-faceted role with our company.
Essential Job Duties:

  • Work with the Sales Reps and Marketing Dept. to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Synergy CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Accurately and efficiently enters lead data, including new lead creation and profile updates to existing leads, into CRM for timely transfer of lead data.
  • Send out samples as needed and refers all sales leads to appropriate sales representative.
  • Assists with ensuring both prospects and customers have an excellent experience when dealing with CCT.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Document leads and status as necessary to maintain accurate forecasts, including reporting of calls made, connections made, and meaningful meetings scheduled.
  • Follow up with prospects to assure satisfaction, respond to queries and solve problems as needed.
  • Maintain contact with customers on a regular basis to assess changes in customer’s needs as they move closer to buying decision.
  • Assist the marketing department with campaigns by generating customer lists and performing follow-up activities.
  • Qualify leads generated through campaigns then document, track, and turn over to sales reps.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up techniques as they pertain to customer orders, requests for technical assistance and unresolved matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience data with cold calling; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.

Essential Job Duties:

Machine Operator / Clean Room (2nd Shift-Monday thru Thursday)

The Opportunity:
SHIFT FOR TRAINING ONLY: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for a minimum of 3 weeks (about 32 hours per week during training).
SHIFT: Monday through Thursday from 1:30 pm to midnight (there is a 30 minute unpaid meal period). Second shift is off every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Comply with CCT’s Quality System requirements as defined on Form# 015 Training Plan.
  • Adhering to the established Production Schedule as defined in JobBoss (our shop management software package) and ensuring orders meet the customer’s ship date(s).
  • Ensure materials are properly handled, stored/segregated, labeled and transported in order to maintain cleanliness and defined quality requirements.
  • Ensure the condition of tooling is monitored, identified and maintained in a manner that produces acceptable quality product.
  • Ensure requests for Corrective and Preventive Actions are followed up on, communicated and implemented as required.
  • Ensure the equipment used is in suitable safe condition and capable of producing conforming product.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance and Housekeeping activities according to procedure.
  • Verify equipment used is in calibration or meets procedural requirements.
  • Perform manufacturing operations according to CCT procedures.
  • Identify/communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the training of new employees on related manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Reports to the Production Manager.
  • Must have the ability to perform manufacturing operations with CPU (central processing unit) controls.
  • Must be able to perform the following: work standing for a standard workday, be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and move freely without physical restrictions associated with material handling and manufacturing operations.
  • Must be able to speak, read and comprehend the English language and demonstrate compliance to CCT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with CCT management and be able to work in an expeditious manner and meet production schedules.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity and the ability to operate hand tools and machinery as required.

Project Fulfillment Coordinator (CSR team)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Project Fulfillment Coordinator (CSR team) to coordinate and process new and existing customer orders. This position will work closely with our customers, as well as the Sales Department. Support and coordination is also expected for the following departments: Document Control, Purchasing, Design, Scheduling, and Shipping & Receiving, as well as in providing coordination with our outside vendors.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Process incoming PO’s – review for accuracy of Part Numbers (PN) Revision (Rev.) Pricing and Ship date. (Data Entry using the JobBoss and Synergy software).
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure multiple level projects are processed and executed.
  • Review and Process new specs and drawings – (departments include, Design and Doc Control).
  • Material allocation – (may include, Purchasing department, outside vendors).
  • Scheduling Department – (track orders to ensure they are processed by Quality/Mfg. to ship on time).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Time management with attention to detail. Understand the project and the deliverables.
  • Comprehend customer specs and drawing (PN’s and Rev changes).
  • Professional, good communication and written skills (providing updates to customer and with internal departments).
  • Provide excellent customer service skills.
